Inspired by Flour‘s Cinnamon Cream Puffs, but too lazy to make Pastry Cream…. out came these!
- Basic Brioche Dough
- Raspberry Jam
- Crème Fraiche
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut Brioche dough into little circles and fold up edges so that you are almost making a mini-deep dish pizza.
3. Spread on a spoonful of jam.
4. Dollop on crème fraiche, spreading out as appropriate.
5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until puffed up and golden brown.
